Protested. Around 20 thousand employed teachers have come to protest in Gardanibagh. Meanwhile, the education Minister of bihar has given relief news for the employed teachers. education Minister Vijay Kumar Choudhary clearly said that what is the point of protesting now on a matter which has not been decided? The government will take the final decision later.

Vijay Kumar Choudhary said that the government had never said that they will get the status of state employee unconditionally, but the teachers are protesting that they will lose their jobs. Such a decision has not been taken at the government level. The committee has also recommended that the government will look into the entire matter, look into the interests of the teachers and also listen to the teachers. He said that nothing is going to happen by protesting. Certainly the government will definitely listen to them. Protesting is not going to solve any problem.

In fact, the demand of the employed teachers is that after becoming government employees, there should be a proportionate salary increase for all the employed teachers. According to employed teachers, there are many practical problems in taking the competency test online. Majority of employed teachers do not have the knowledge of operating computers. In such a situation, even if the competency test is to be conducted, it should be offline.

Nearly 4 lakh teachers are employed in Bihar

According to the employed teachers, they have already passed the teacher eligibility/efficiency test. In such a situation, there is no justification for the competency test. The government wants to retrench teachers through this examination. Additional Chief Secretary of the education Department, kk Pathak has ordered the DMs of all the districts to take action against the teachers who participated in the protest. Despite this the teachers have demonstrated. Let us tell you that the number of teachers employed in bihar is around 4 lakh.
