Zee Ent. shares decline 2.9% as Sensex slides

Shares of the Zee Entertainment Enterprises Ltd. traded at Rs 197.25 on BSE at 11:57AM (IST) on Monday, down 2.9 per cent from previous close.

The stock quoted a 52-week low price of Rs 152.5 and a high of Rs 299.5.

Earlier, shares of the company saw a gap up opening in the morning.

A total of 805,735 lakh shares changed hands on the counter till 11:57AM (IST).

The stock of Zee Entertainment Enterprises Ltd. commands a market value of Rs 18994.27 crore.

The stock traded at a price-to-earning (P/E) multiple of -185.91, while the price-to-book value ratio stood at 1.9. Return on equity (ROE) was at 0.44 per cent, according to exchange data.

In the BSE500 pack, 101 stocks traded in the green, while 399 stocks were in the red.

Promoters held 3.99 per cent in the Zee Entertainment Enterprises Ltd. as of 31-Dec-2023 while foreign portfolio investors and domestic institutional investors owned 28.19 per cent and 43.41 per cent, respectively.
