A Grayson County man is in jail after investigators say he went on Facebook Live and allegedly threatened to rape a teenage girl.According to investigators, Travis England, 31, asked his social media followers if it would be better to ask a 15-year-old for sex or break into her house and rape her.Grayson County Sheriff's deputies say England has also been sending explicit messages to the girl.When officers went to England's home, in Leitchfield, on Friday to arrest him they say he refused to come outside and surrender.According to deputies, they had to use a battering ram to get inside the house and arrested England without incident.England is the same suspect who showed up at the Grayson County Sheriff’s Office in October of last year and had a fight with the Sheriff and a deputy. He is charged with prohibited use of electronic communications to get a hold of a minor for sex.England is being held at the Grayson County Detention Center.
