2024 has already been a banner year for country music star Jelly Roll. The singer (whose real name is Jason DeFord) made a powerful appearance before Congress, rubbed elbows with icons like Jon Bon Jovi and Paul McCartney at the MusiCares Person of the Year event, and will attend the Grammys as a first-time nominee. Jelly Roll is nominated for Best Country Duo/Group Performance with Lainey Wilson and Best New Artist (at age 39, a win would make him the oldest artist to receive the award).

But he's showing no signs of slowing down. The singer is already making waves with his Super Bowl commercial for Uber Eats. The food delivery service has a series of "forgetful" ads (also starring David and Victoria Beckham) with the tagline "Whatever you forget this Sunday, remember Uber Eats."

In Jelly Roll's ad, he seems to have forgotten his defining feature: His face tattoos. The clip shows him putting away items in his bathroom. He closes the door of his medicine cabinet to reveal his reflection in the mirror and exclaims, "What happened to my face? Are these tattoos? They're everywhere...and they're horrible!"

Fans flooded Jelly Roll with comments like, "🤣😂🤣😂 This is the best!!!!!! No SB commercial can top this!! 💀" and "Jelly is ready for his close up. Give the man an acting career too." One fan wrote, "Ohhhh my GOSH this is GOLD!!!!"

Jelly Roll, who spent time in prison in his teens and early twenties, told The Boot, "My tattoos are not a reflection of who I am at all. But they’re a very good description of who I was. I never thought I’d be what I am now."

We can't wait to see what the rest of the year holds for Jelly Roll.
