ARCHIVES: In 1995, Jeff Brohm's family wishes him well before Super Bowl 29
Several players from Kentucky and Indiana will be suiting up for Super Bowl 58, but nearly two decades ago, Louisville's very own Jeff Brohm was in the big game.
In 1995, the then San Diego Chargers made it to Super Bowl 29, which featured a rookie Brohm on the roster.
Before Brohm and the Chargers took the field in Miami, WLKY spoke with his family about his big game.
Donna and Oscar Brohm, Jeff's parents, and his brother Greg all said how excited they were that he reached football's biggest stage.

The San Francisco 49ers would go on to beat the Chargers 49-26, a game which never saw Brohm take the field.
Brohm would only spend that season with San Diego, which would be his lone Super Bowl appearance.
