PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari stressed that his party has not been involved in any official discussions with PML-N, PTI, or any other political entities regarding a coalition to form government in Pakistan.

Speaking to Geo News, the former Foreign Minister acknowledged that his party would not be able to independently form a government. Replying to a question about any meetings between him or his father Asif Zardari with PML-N President Shehbaz Sharif, Bilawal said, “I am not in a position to confirm any such meeting. Once all the results are available, we will be able to engage with others.”

Bilawal clarified that no independent candidate from the PTI bloc had contacted him or any PPP leader thus far.

“We are in touch with some independents but no independent from the PTI bloc has contacted us so far,” he said.

Meanwhile, Tehreek-e-Insaaf party on Saturday asked the election commission to announce complete results by midnight or face protests in areas where results were still awaited.
