Even in those panchayat areas where the work is being claimed to be completed, people are not getting water from the taps in front of their houses. Because even after spending money like water in the Jal jeevan Mission Scheme, there seems to be little possibility of supply of drinking water to the people in the coming summer days. According to the information, till now about Rs 70 crore has been spent for providing water to every household under the Jal jeevan Mission Scheme.

Despite this, water is not available in the taps in front of people's houses. To complete this work, PHE department has been made an agency. The department claims that 70 percent of the work has been completed but till now water supply has not started in more than 50 percent of the villages.
