TORRINGTON — Accused of home invasion and burglary, Dylan Fellows was found competent to stand trial Thursday in Torrington Superior Court.

A review by the Office of Forensic Evaluation submitted its findings, which were reviewed by prosecutors and public defenders.

The 34-year-old is capable of understanding the charges against him and assisting in his own defense, the review found. Fellows, of Hillsdale, N.Y., is accused of breaking into a home through a kitchen window along Route 272 using a hammer and crowbar he stole from the homeowner’s garage.

His case was continued until March.
