Celtic Tiger-era property developer Sean Dunne has joined his ex-wife in filing an appeal to the US Supreme Court challenging a jury finding that he fraudulently transferred millions of euro in assets to her.

Court papers were filed by Dunne (69) last week, about a month after former spouse Gayle Killilea lodged an appeal.
