Actually, akhanda was produced by miryala ravinder reddy under the auspices of dwaraka Creations, and if balayya or boyapati decide to move on with the sequel, it should unquestionably be produced by the same person.

Even if someone needs to work on akhanda 2 production, it will be in collaboration with Ravinder Reddy. However, other individuals insisted that akhanda 2 will be produced under the 14 Reels umbrella, not geetha Arts. Verified reports, however, state that boyapati and 14 Reels intend to use balayya in a political backdrop film rather than akhanda 2.
 
Overall, it appears that boyapati is occupied at geetha arts, and balayya has a few other projects slated for release, thus akhanda 2 is not even looking likely to happen very soon. The only person who truly produced this product will be miryala ravinder reddy, till an official statement is made!
