"Orange? Who made the console orange?" Uh oh, anxiety is coming to town, ready to mess everything up. Pixar has unveiled a second teaser trailer for the sequel Inside Out 2, which will open in theaters in June this summer. The first look teaser dropped in November last year, introducing us to where this sequel is headed - with more "emotions" crowding in Riley's mind. "Anxiety, voiced by Maya Hawke, might be new to the crew, but she's not really the type to take a back seat. That makes a lot of sense if you think about it in terms of what goes on inside all our minds." The full Inside Out 2 voice cast also includes Amy Poehler returning as Joy, Phyllis Smith as Sadness, Lewis Black as Anger, Tony Hale as Fear, Liza Lapira as Disgust. This teaser is all about teenage Riley playing hockey - and they still haven't even revealed the other new characters yet. Looking good so far! Got a feeling this one might turn out as wonderful as the first film.

The little voices inside Riley's head know her inside and out—but next summer, everything changes. Pixar's Inside Out 2 returns to the mind of newly minted teenager Riley as headquarters is undergoing a sudden demolition to make room for something entirely unexpected: new Emotions! Joy, Sadness, Anger, Fear and Disgust, who've long been running a successful operation by all accounts, aren't sure how to feel when Anxiety shows up. And it looks like she's not alone. Pixar's Inside Out 2 is directed by animation filmmaker Kelsey Mann, a storyboard artist making her feature directorial debut after working on the Party Central short and the "Monsters at Work" series. The screenplay is written by Meg LeFauve. Based on the original Inside Out (2015) by Pete Docter, Ronnie Del Carmen, Meg LeFauve, Josh Cooley. It's produced by Mark Nielsen. Disney debuts Pixar's Inside Out 2 in theaters everywhere starting June 14th, 2024 this summer.
