Manikandan's Lover will be released in Tamil during Valentine's Week. The Telugu version of the film, titled "True Lover," is planned to debut on February 10th, with famous director Maruthi and popular producer SKN as presenters. The forthcoming film, directed by novice filmmaker Prabhu Ram Vyas, also has important roles for Gouri Priya Reddy and Kanna Ravi. The film is produced by Nazerath Pasilian, Magesh Raj Pasilian, and Yuvaraj Ganesan under Million Dollar Studios and MRP Entertainment.

Today, producer SKN spoke with journalists about the film. He stated, "Our film is modest in scale and release, not intended to compete with big-ticket films like 'Eagle.'" However, we struck an agreement that works for everyone and decided to release 'True Lover' on the 10th of this month."

He commented, "'True Lover' is unique from our last effort, 'Baby,' and they belong to separate genres. He feels that the director's brilliant representation of the challenges that lovers confront would appeal to young people, particularly those in love. He emphasised the need of trust in every relationship, a prominent topic of 'True Lover.' He emphasised that some parts in the film are particularly compelling, expressing confidence in the film's prospects for success.

He also announced that an update on the Baby hindi adaptation will be released this month.
