Rajesh Khullar, the overall in-charge of the cm office, has been entrusted with all matters related to legislative business, including legislative proposals taken before the Council of Ministers and ordinances, parliamentary matters, laws and issuance of legislation. Also Architecture, Administration of Justice, Civil Resources Information, Excise and Taxation, Energy, Foreign Cooperation, General Administration, Personnel and Training, Hospitality and Vigilance, Home, criminal Investigation, industry and Commerce, Information, Public Relations, Languages and Culture, Prisons Responsibility has been given for Public health Engineering, Public Works (B&R), Rehabilitation, Revenue and Disaster Management, Town and Country Planning and Urban Estate.

v Umashankar got 10 departments

Chief Minister's PSCM IAS v Umashankar has been given the responsibility of most of the departments of deputy cm Dushyant Chautala. These include Civil Aviation, Co-operation, Development and Panchayats, Finance, Institutional Finance and Credit Control, Mining and Geology, Planning, Social Justice, Empowerment, Welfare of SCs and BCs and Antyodaya (Services), Transport, Urban local Bodies, youth Empowerment and Entrepreneurship. The chief minister has given the responsibility.
