Cristiano Ronaldo saw the funny side of things as The Undertaker emerged as a shock guest for Al Nassr's friendly on Thursday.

Al Nassr are taking on Saudi Pro League table-toppers Al Hilal in the Riyadh Seasons Cup exhibition match, but it appears Ronaldo will not be the star of the show.

As both teams lined up on the pitch pre-match, a VIP guest walked onto the pitch out of nowhere in The Undertaker.

The Undertaker, who is one of the biggest stars in WWE history, picked up the trophy and paraded it in front of the fans in attendance at Ali Hilal's Blue Jewel Stadium.

Ronaldo was seen chuckling at the ceremony going on before his eyes.

But he wasn't smiling at full time as Al Nassr fell to a 2-0 defeat to Al Hilal with goals by Sergej Milinkovic-Savic and Salem Aldawsari sealing the contest.

The match also saw Ronaldo receive a yellow card for kicking a ball into the crowd.

Ronaldo's move to Al Nassr in December 2022 kickstarted a drive that saw a number of top stars from European clubs move to Saudi Arabia.

The gulf nation has jumped into a number of other sports, including boxing, with Ronaldo being seen with UFC icon Conor McGregor Anthony Joshua's impressive victory against Otto Wallin.

WWE has dipped its toes into WWE having hosted Tyson Fury's win over Braun Strowman at the Crown Jewel event in Saudi Arabia.
