ReutersBenchmark NSE Nifty index fell 27.35 points to 19822.05 amid buying in frontline bluechip stocks.
However, stocks such as Bohra Industries, SS Infrastructure, Penta Gold, Radaan Media and SEL Manufact, touched their fresh 52-week low.
Overall, 29 shares traded in the green in Nifty50 index, while 21 traded in the red.
In the Nifty 50 index, Adani Ent., Adani Ports SEZ, Tata Motors, BPCL and Hindalco were among top gainers, while SBI Life, Apollo Hospital, Eicher Motors, Nestle India and LTIMindtree traded in the red.
The BSE Sensex was trading 9.88 points down at 65960.16 at 11:10AM(IST).
Traders were seen piling up positions in Shipping, Telecommunications, Gas & Petroleum, Power and Cement sectors, while selling was visible in Agro Processing, Electric/Electronics, Construction, Plastics and Cables sectors.
