ReutersShares of Indiabulls Real Estate Ltd.(up 5.97 per cent), Phoenix Mills Ltd.(up 2.16 per cent), Sobha Ltd.(up 2.02 per cent), Oberoi Realty Ltd.(up 2.01 per cent) and Brigade Enterprises Ltd.(up 1.57 per cent) ended the day as top gainers in the pack.
On the other hand, Godrej Properties Ltd.(down 0.51 per cent) finished as the top losers of the day.
The Nifty Realty index closed 1.03 per cent up at 701.1.
Benchmark NSE Nifty50 index ended down 9.85 points at 19802.0, while the BSE Sensex stood down 5.43 points at 66017.81.
Among the 50 stocks in the Nifty index, 23 ended in the green, while 25 closed in the red.
Shares of YES Bank, Vodafone Idea, JP Power, Reliance Power and Suzlon Energy were among the most traded shares on the NSE.
Shares of Honasa Consumer, 3i Infotech, Syncom Form, Avadh Sugar Energy and Intense Tech hit their fresh 52-week highs in today's trade, while Shaily Engg Pla, Bohra Industries, Lords Chloro, SEL Manufact and Fourth Dimension Sol hit their fresh 52-week lows.
