Suzlon Energy(down 4.96%), RTNPOWER(down 4.93%), Karma Energy(down 4.43%), Jaiprakash Power Ventures(down 3.93%), DPSC(down 3.11%), NLC India(down 2.92%), Reliance Power(down 2.71%), PTC India(down 1.22%), NTPC(down 1.16%) and Inox wind(down 1.15%) were among the top losers.
The NSE Nifty50 index was trading 79.45 points up at 19773.45, while the 30-share BSE Sensex was up 238.23 points at 65893.38 at around 10:50AM.
Adani Enterprises Ltd.(up 3.14%), SBI Life Insurance Company Ltd.(up 2.43%), Hindalco Industries Ltd.(up 2.4%), HDFC Life Insurance Company Ltd.(up 2.07%), JSW Steel Ltd.(up 1.94%), Titan Company Ltd.(up 1.23%), Tata Steel Ltd.(up 1.16%), Reliance Industries Ltd.(up 1.15%), Dr. Reddy's Laboratories Ltd.(up 1.02%) and HDFC Bank Ltd.(up 0.99%) were among the top gainers in the Nifty pack.
