Following weakness from Asian peers, benchmark equity indices opened lower on Tuesday after rising for three sessions in a row, dragged by banking, financial, and IT stocks.The BSE Sensex was trading 196 points or 0.30% lower at 64,762. Nifty50 was trading at 19,357, down 54 points or 0.28% at around 9.19 am.
