Shutterstock.comNEW DELHI: JP Power(numbers of share traded: 19.62 crore), FCS Software(numbers of share traded: 3.98 crore), Vodafone Idea(numbers of share traded: 3.82 crore), RattanIndia Power (numbers of share traded: 3.75 crore), Reliance Power(numbers of share traded: 3.34 crore), Suzlon Energy(numbers of share traded: 2.97 crore), YES Bank(numbers of share traded: 2.56 crore), GTL Infra(numbers of share traded: 1.74 crore), JP Associates(numbers of share traded: 1.44 crore) and Zomato(numbers of share traded: 1.17 crore) emerged top gainers in Tuesday's market in terms of trading volume.
The NSE Nifty index closed 5.05 points down at 19406.7, while BSE Sensex ended down 16.29 points at 64942.4.
On the other hand, Hero MotoCorp Ltd.(down 1.16 per cent), Bajaj Finance Ltd.(down 0.88 per cent), Coal India Ltd.(down 0.73 per cent), JSW Steel Ltd.(down 0.72 per cent) and Divi's Laboratories Ltd.(down 0.72 per cent) were among the top losers of the day.
