BJP promises Rs 500 gas cylinder, 1 lakh govt jobs in its manifesto for Chhattisgarh

Among major promises, the saffron party has promised to provide cooking gas cylinder at Rs 500 to poor families, one lakh government jobs in the next two years and Rs 12,000 per year financial assistance to married women if elected to power in Chhattisgarh. The party has also promised to procure paddy at an assured price of Rs 3,100 per quintal.

Union Home Minister Amit Shah today released the Bhartiya Janata Party (BJP) manifesto titled ' Modi ki Guarantee 2023' for the upcoming Chhattisgarh assembly polls. Among major promises, the saffron party has promised to provide cooking gas cylinders at Rs 500 to poor families, one lakh government jobs in the next two years, and Rs 12,000 per year financial assistance to married women if elected to power in Chhattisgarh.

The party has also promised to procure paddy at an assured price of Rs 3,100 per quintal. It has also promised that the BJP government will provide annual assistance of Rs 10,000 to landless agricultural labourers.

Here are other promises the BJP has made in its manifesto:

Rani Drugawati Yojana: Rs 1.5 lakh assurance certificate for BPL girl child at the time of birth.

Special cell in the Chief Minister's office for tackling corruption cases in the state
Dedicated portal for corruption complaints.
