Great article Sam. I thought the comment about retaining 20% equity in Lake Charles was a news flash. I had not heard previously that low a percentage and it sounds to me Shell is back in the picture. My question for all is would they not already have 20% invested in land and assets which would mean all 3rd party capital for buildout?

Last week was a painful but not totally unexpected dip after the nice run up.
It was an opportunity to buy more $10 strike Jan 25 call options.
After ET rises more I will turn them into vertical spreads.
Long units as well.
