One thing I don't see being talked about is how to think about rerating of REITs in a normalized interest rate world. We can't really rely on past 15 years of QE regime for what is fair value. Any thoughts? Maybe that would be an article idea.

I do see value in real assets and high quality is on sale. So I own partial positions in both and would like to see prices stop making lower lows before adding.
@Outdexer Great point. That's one thing we're doing here with Q3 earnings... we're updating our buy targets based upon guidance and growth expectations.

I owned APTS some years back when they clubbed it into the $5s for massive gains. Haven't been back to the space since. The only stock I own is O that gets in the real estate world. Do you think a stock like SUN carries more or less risk than O? Thanks
