Share market update: Most active stocks of the day in terms of traded value

The NSE Nifty index closed 260.9 points down at 19281.75

tech view 2 — RSI has turned north from the 60 level, confirming bullishness.

NEW DELHI: HDFC Bank(Rs. 1700.67 crore), Kotak Bank(Rs. 1318.28 crore), BSE(Rs. 1227.01 crore), ICICI Bank(Rs. 1113.13 crore), RIL(Rs. 896.63 crore), CreditAccess Grameen(Rs. 822.34 crore), Zomato(Rs. 785.93 crore), MCX India(Rs. 770.59 crore), PayTM(Rs. 694.36 crore) and Bajaj Finance(Rs. 690.85 crore) were among the most traded securities on the National Stock Exchange in Monday's session.

The NSE Nifty index ended the session 260.9 points down at 19281.75, while BSE Sensex fell 825.74 points to 64571.88.

In the Nifty index, Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd.(up 0.44 per cent), Bajaj Finance Ltd.(up 0.38 per cent), Apollo Hospitals Enterprise Ltd.(up -0.16 per cent), ICICI Bank Ltd.(up -0.30 per cent) and Dr. Reddy's Laboratories Ltd.(up -0.31 per cent) stood among the top gainers.

On the other hand, LTIMindtree Ltd.(down 3.96 per cent), Adani Enterprises Ltd.(down 3.56 per cent), Hindalco Industries Ltd.(down 3.19 per cent), Adani Ports & Special Economic Zone Ltd.(down 2.80 per cent) and UPL Ltd.(down 2.78 per cent) were among the top losers of the day.
