Gandhi questioned the roles of Shah's son and the son of Defense Minister Rajnath Singh, stating that many children of BJP leaders are dynasties. He specifically mentioned that Shah's son Jay Shah is involved in Indian cricket administration. Sarma responded by dismissing the relevance of Shah's son and highlighting the involvement of Gandhi's own family in politics.
"Amit Shah's son has no connection with the BJP, but Rahul's entire family is in politics," said Sarma. He further added, "Rahul thinks the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) is a wing of the BJP. Don't ask me much about him, he is an 'unpadh baccha'."
Sarma also pointed out the difference between Rajnath Singh's son, who is an MLA in Uttar Pradesh, and Congress general secretary Priyanka Gandhi. He emphasized that Singh's son does not have control over the BJP like Priyanka Gandhi does within the Congress.
Sarma suggested that Rahul Gandhi should give opportunities to new individuals before discussing dynasty politics. He stated, "Rahul has no knowledge about politics and fails to realize that he is at the core of dynasty politics. His entire family, including his mother, father, grandfather, sister, and brother, is involved in politics and controls the party. How can he draw a parallel with the BJP?"
