Chola Inv Finance share price down 0.54 per cent

Shares of Cholamandalam Investment & Finance Company Ltd. traded 0.54 per cent up at Rs 1249.95 at around 12:53PM (IST) on Monday. The stock had closed at Rs 1256.75 in the previous session. Equity benchmark Sensex traded 28.55 points higher at 66311.29 around the same time.


The scrip has climbed 72.07 per cent in the last one year till date, while the 30-share index has gained 15.08 per cent during the same period.

The stock's 52-week high price stood at Rs 1284.45 and the 52-week low price at Rs 658.0.

Trading volume on the counter stood at 5,401 shares, while it quoted a price-to-earnings ratio of 36.49, an EPS value of 34.21 and a price-to-book value of 4.37. In the Nifty50 pack, 29 stocks traded in the green, while 21 stocks were in the red.

Promoter/FII Holding
Promoters held 51.46 per cent stake in the company as of 30-Jun-2023, while FII and mutual funds' ownership stood at 20.92 per cent and 16.45 per cent, respectively.

Key Financials
For the quarter ended 30-Jun-2023, the company reported consolidated sales of Rs 4170.79 crore, up 8.77 per cent from the previous quarter's Rs 3834.57 crore and up 49.17 per cent from the year-ago quarter's Rs 2795.91 crore. The company reported net profit of Rs 709.94 crore for the latest quarter.
