Interesting view, thanks. I'm staying invested in the market with about 25% in cash. Good luck.

Sell and enjoy risk free 5% until the interest rate dust settles. Could be years.
@outlook69 I'm not going to avoid some of these 10% yielding assets. The income generated is double what I can get in treasuries, so to me it's worth the risk. I'm focused on the income.

Having said that, I also have a good portion of assets in fixed income drawing 5.4% but I'm not going to go all in on risk free 5% yields at this time.

I understand that for others that might be the way to go and I wouldn't argue against it. We all have different levels of risk tolerance, and different wants and needs about what we expect from our portfolios.
I certainly have an allocation to CDs/cash right now myself!
MMAs, Treasuries, BDCs, Fossil Fuels, and stocks like JEPQ which thrive on volatility seem to be a good “recipe” for the next couple quarters.
Thanks for mentioning some options
Appreciate the read. My sentiments are with you on opportunity in small caps, especially with folks who have time on their side.
I'm glad you enjoyed it, thanks for following

Enjoyed your macro view and positive outlook in a challenging market. Surprised no mention of two major wars now directly affecting the USA and who knows if a certain party takes advantage of our stretched military to open a 3rd front in the South China Sea.
I appreciate it - and fair point. I plan on tackling those geo-political issues in a review very soon. They escalated greatly after this was first written about 10 days ago.
