It looked like a textbook fourth-quarter comeback for C.J. Stroud in Week 5.
Down six points deep in the fourth quarter, the rookie led his team down the field to make the go-ahead score on a deep ball to his tight end with under two minutes to go.
But a short time later, Stroud's mistake was evident: he'd left his opponent too much time. The Falcons' offense rallied to get in position for a game-winning field goal as time expired.
Had they managed the victory, Houston would be in a three-way tie for the top spot in the AFC South with the Jacksonville Jaguars and Indianapolis Colts. At 2-3, they sit a game back of both clubs.
Despite the loss, Stroud is still having an outstanding season and leads DraftKings' odds of winning Offensive Rookie of the Year (+120). He's thrown touchdowns in four consecutive games, is yet to be intercepted and hasn't been sacked since Week 2.

That could all change this week as the rookie squares off Sunday with one of the league's tougher defenses.
The New Orleans Saints (3-2) have allowed more than 20 points to just one opponent this season and are coming off a 34-0 drubbing of the New England Patriots. Five-time Pro Bowler Alvin Kamara was back last week after serving a four-game suspension to start the year. He had 97 all-purpose yards on 25 touches and found the end zone.
The Saints sit a half-game back of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers for first place in the NFC South. Right next to them are the 3-2 Falcons. Like the Texans, a win here keeps them in the hunt for the division crown and a guaranteed playoff spot.
Both teams are fairly banged up heading into the game, with a lengthy injury report out of each camp. As of Friday afternoon, the Saints had listed five players as out for the game Sunday, including tight end Juwan Johnson. Texans starting wide receivers Tank Dell and Robert Woods are both listed as questionable for Sunday's game.

Betting odds for Texans and Saints
The oddsmakers are expecting a tight game. The Saints come in as road favorites by just 1.5 points according to DraftKings on Friday afternoon. The over/under is set at 42 points. Bettors tend to agree with the assessment. DraftKings wagers lean 60/40 toward the Saints.
