Only advantage USFR has over VMFXX is instant access to money instead one day wait. Use my savings rare times need instant access (my brokerage has insta transfers). VMFXX never loses value unlike some of these MM ETFs even if small loss still sucks.

(edit: Also well aware of VUSXX and others as well but like the 800lb gorilla fund for max liquidity.)

I am splitting my cash holdings between USFR, SGOV, and Fidelity's cash sweep account which currently yields 4.98%.

@Damon Judd What are your thoughts on USFR vs SGOV? I believe USFR has a higher yield but SGOV has a lower expense ratio. I see TFLO mentioned as well.
