In the Nifty 50 index, Wipro, Dr. Reddys, UltraTech Cem., Grasim Inds. and HUL were among the top gainers on the NSE.
SBI Life, Coal India Ltd, IndusInd Bank, Power Grid and HDFC Life were among the top losers.
