JSW Energy(down 0.50%), Karma Energy(down 0.39%), SJVN(down 0.28%) and Power Grid Corporation of India(down 0.13%) were among the top losers.
The NSE Nifty50 index was trading 129.15 points up at 19819.0, while the 30-share BSE Sensex was up 435.03 points at 66514.39 at around 10:29AM.
Wipro Ltd.(up 3.11%), Dr. Reddy's Laboratories Ltd.(up 1.71%), Grasim Industries Ltd.(up 1.62%), UltraTech Cement Ltd.(up 1.52%), Hindustan Unilever Ltd.(up 1.45%), Apollo Hospitals Enterprise Ltd.(up 1.25%), Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd.(up 1.22%), LTIMindtree Ltd.(up 1.2%), Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd.(up 1.14%) and Adani Enterprises Ltd.(up 1.11%) were among the top gainers in the Nifty pack.
