What is/was your take on CIM again? better than AGNC or leave them both alone ? Which is the better of the 2? I'm trying to understand you. Thanks in advance for your reply.

I have no idea if this is “bonus interest” on top of current pay interest, which is more of an equity sweetener OR “PIK only” which is bothersome, at least to me…
I agree and I own AGNC Yes the monthly is very good. Yes, AGNC is down. High rates not helping. When rates start heading down my loss capital will improve. I can't sell now and realize my loss and lose the monthly income as well. I do like the preferred stock yields 10% .
