Lexus Granito(down 1.22%), KIOCL(down 0.62%), Coal India(down 0.54%), Ashapura Minechem(down 0.41%) and NMDC Ltd(down 0.27%) were among the top losers of the day.
The NSE Nifty50 index ended 107.75 points up at 19653.5, while the 30-share BSE Sensex closed up 364.06 points at 65995.63.
Bajaj Finserv Ltd.(up 5.97%), Bajaj Finance Ltd.(up 4.04%), Titan Company Ltd.(up 2.89%), IndusInd Bank Ltd.(up 2.35%), Tata Consumer Products Ltd.(up 1.69%), ITC Ltd.(up 1.39%), UPL Ltd.(up 1.29%), JSW Steel Ltd.(up 1.28%), Infosys Ltd.(up 1.04%) and HDFC Life Insurance Company Ltd.(up 1.04%) stood among the top gainers in the Nifty pack.
On the other hand, Hindustan Unilever Ltd.(down 0.79%), Coal India Ltd.(down 0.53%), Oil And Natural Gas Corporation Ltd.(down 0.41%), Asian Paints Ltd.(down 0.32%), Bharti Airtel Ltd.(down 0.3%), Axis Bank Ltd.(down 0.22%), HDFC Bank Ltd.(down 0.11%), Larsen & Toubro Ltd.(down 0.07%) and Nestle India Ltd.(down 0.02%) closed in the red.
