Management has had a horrific track record essentially accounting for most of the debt through failed acquisitions. Today T is a more focused company however the debt is a monumental headwind that has driven the stock price to historic low levels. Management MUST make its revenue and profit numbers as well as its FCF or the stock could go lower. I agree the dividend is safe but FCF and debt reduction are the only salvation toward price appreciation
@Jlexus1953 we concur with this assessment fully as the debt is risk number one and has been. It will be interesting to see what comes of the DIRECTV stake. It will be good riddance after one of the worst purchases in history. We suspect cash flow comes in toward the higher end of the range.

@Quad 7 Capital

T is very aggressive in onboarding new customers—eg, undercutting VZ and nabbing its Costco customers such as me (6 lines).

T’s offer was compelling—the wireless service good, so far.

So, look for decent adds in q3,
@tridacna Which offer exactly were you referring to? Consumer wireline and the iphone 15? They also had some business line deals as well. Good anecdotal point regarding $COST
