JHS Svendgaard Laboratories(down 4.60%), Marico(down 2.12%), Varun Beverages(down 1.15%), Parag Milk(down 1.07%), Jyothy Labs(down 1.00%), Mrs Bectors Food Specialities(down 0.89%), Prataap Snacks(down 0.79%), Bajaj Consumer(down 0.77%), TATA CONSUMER PRODUCTS(down 0.60%) and Hindustan Foods(down 0.59%) were among the top losers.
The NSE Nifty50 index was trading 103.65 points down at 19425.1, while the 30-share BSE Sensex was down 351.03 points at 65161.07 at around 10:34AM.
Nestle India Ltd.(up 1.36%), HDFC Bank Ltd.(up 1.1%), Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd.(up 0.9%), Adani Enterprises Ltd.(up 0.75%), Eicher Motors Ltd.(up 0.56%), Hindustan Unilever Ltd.(up 0.49%), Dr. Reddy's Laboratories Ltd.(up 0.4%), ITC Ltd.(up 0.15%), Hero MotoCorp Ltd.(up 0.05%) and Britannia Industries Ltd.(up 0.03%) were among the top gainers in the Nifty pack.
