ANIThe encounter had broken out on Monday evening between terrorists and security forces in the forest area of Kalakote.
The operation was based on specific intelligence the movement of some unidentified individuals received on October 1 by Jammu and Kashmir Police.
As per the latest inputs by PRO Defence Jammu, intense operations are in progress in the area to neutralize the terrorists.
