Tilray is prepared to buy an MSO, that’s the reason they need more authorized share. But I think with the beer business, they will GAAP break even this year. Hope that

The only part of the business I like is MJ Europe distribution. They have masked declining revenues in the rest through acquisitions. They will never be a big MJ player in the US, they lost the advantage long ago.

Good article. Exposes the true scam of a company this is. Irwin is a snake. One can hope for a meme run and that is about it. People are now looking under the hood and realize this is junk. The companies to buy are Green Thumb, Verano, and Trulieve.

@Investor1546 that’s funny. Trllf is bleeding cash
@tomasini what are you talking about? They are guiding for
$100 million in operating cash flow and $20 million in FCF all while paying 280E. Once 280E is removed, they would print $150 million in FCF so I’m not sure what you are talking about……

It’s still too early to take any position in any cannabis stock. First you need a banking bill and two you need major consolidation. Way too much cannabis companies and product.
It baffles me that none of these companies can even show a profit! I believe it has to do with all the undeclared cash transactions. There I go thinking again 😃😐

@mpatt76 hey! Our government blew billions of dollars in fraud applications during Covid year and the business IPP loans. Billions went over seas. Billions were lost here in the U.S. Fraud! Do you know how many legitimate small business saw any of that money after applying? None. And, they have only recouped a small amount of those billions. Or “caught” the fraudsters. Which today, they probably turn loose anyway!
