I'm sorry, however this is not worthy analysis for me, anyone, to make investment decisions without specific economic details of what specifically is being jettisoned & it's direct effect on the AFFO, NAV, NOI, etc.,etc.,etc.

Wpc is okay. O is cheap.
Mpw isn't exactly buyable due to lack of financial statements on steward and prospect.
