Sensex falls! These stocks are down 5% or more on BSE

NEW DELHI: Several stocks plunged in excess of 5 per cent in Mumbai trading on Monday even as equity benchmark BSE Sensex traded 164.86 points down at 65844.29 amid brisk selling in frontline bluechip counters.

On the BSE, National Perox(down 27.55 per cent), Delta Corp(down 17.83 per cent), Tricom Fruit(down 11.11 per cent), EKI Energy Services(down 9.99 per cent) and Ind Bank Hous(down 9.96 per cent) were among the stocks that plunged over 5 per cent during the session.

In the Nifty pack, 17 stocks traded in the green, while 33 stocks traded in the red.

The Nifty index was trading 52.8 points down at 19621.45.

On the BSE, Delta Corp, Karnavati Finance Lt, Kahan Packaging, Bheema Cements Ltd. and Best Eastern hit their fresh 52-week lows, while Jackson Invest., APM Finvest, KLRF Ltd, Lakshmi Auto and MTNL touched their fresh 52-week highs.
