Question on this "The GM investment will dilute the shares, the amount of dilution depends on the trading price in the five days following the split. For example, if the share price after the split is $12, GM will receive 27.5 million shares."

IIRC GM was committed to buying 20% of LAC post split (IE 20% of LAC america and 0% of LAAC). The fact that their share count can vary would run contrary to that though. Can you provide a citation or source for the terms of the GM dilution post split?
