ReutersThe NSE Nifty index traded 172.65 points down at 19960.65, while BSE Sensex was down 604.18 points at 66992.66 as of 11:20AM(IST)on September 20.
In the Nifty index, Power Grid Corporation of India Ltd.(up 2.10 per cent), Coal India Ltd.(up 1.60 per cent), NTPC Ltd.(up 1.02 per cent), Axis Bank Ltd.(up 0.94 per cent) and Bajaj Auto Ltd.(up 0.85 per cent) were among the top gainers.
On the other hand, HDFC Bank Ltd.(down 3.73 per cent), Apollo Hospitals Enterprise Ltd.(down 1.87 per cent), Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd.(down 1.86 per cent), Reliance Industries Ltd.(down 1.66 per cent) and JSW Steel Ltd.(down 1.65 per cent) were among the top losers.
