While lawmakers on Capitol Hill in Washington D.C. debate sending billions more in military aid to Ukraine, an American citizen journalist, Gonzalo Lira, is languishing in a Ukrainian prison on allegations of spreading Russian propaganda, throwing into question the status of free speech in the supposed democracy the Biden administration argues is worthy of more taxpayer dollars.

The Biden administration is asking Congress to approve another $24 billion for Ukraine for now through the end of this year, which would add to the $113 billion that Congress has committed to the country since its war with Russia began in February of last year.

Lira, a dual citizen of the United States and Chile who was living in the Ukrainian city of Kharkiv at the time of the Russian invasion, is reportedly facing between five to eight years in prison under Ukraine’s wartime propaganda laws.

Trump was right.

New York City is considering removing statues of George Washington and other historical figures as illegal aliens overrun the city amid budget cuts.

Illegal aliens are taking over the sanctuary city of NYC and the city council’s Cultural Affairs Committee is busy working to remove statues of George Washington.

Also on the city council’s agenda? Creating a reparations task force to “consider the impact of slavery and past injustices for African Americans in New York City and reparations for such injustices.”

The city is also proposing anti-racism training for city employees.

Trump was right. He said the Democrats are coming for George Washington after they removed statues of Robert E. Lee.

On Tuesday, the House Administration Subcommittee on Oversight held a hearing titled, “Oversight of United States Capitol Security: Assessing Security Failures on January 6, 2021.”

Chief Steven Sund has been outspoken of Nancy Pelosi and her failures to secure the US Capitol that day.

It has been widely reported that President Trump asked for the National Guard three days in advance of January 6. But Pelosi turned him down. She refused to call in the National Guard despite numerous warnings of possible violence.

Pelosi then refused to turn over information about her culpability in the security breakdown during the Jan. 6 riot for over a year to congressional investigators.

Steven A. Sund, the Capitol Police chief on that fateful day, not only confirms her culpability along with the rest of the Democratic leadership. Sund reported that Pelosi utilized him as a scapegoat and forced him to step down as Police Chief. We all know now she was just trying to obfuscate her own responsibility for the attack.

The day after January 6, Nancy Pelosi blamed Chief Sund for the security failures that day. Pelosi insisted she never spoke with Chief Sund the entire day.

On Tuesday Chief Steven Sund refuted Pelosi. Sund told the subcommittee he spoke with Pelosi three times on January 6 (while she was running the building with her film crew.)

Rep. Bryan Steil: Chief Sund, in your transcribed interview, you mentioned that you met with the House Sergeant at Arms regarding the National Guard prior to January 6. Is that correct?

Chief Sund: Yes, sir.

Rep. Steil: And who is the House Sergeant Arms leading up to and on January 6?

Chief Sund: That would be Paul Irving.

Rep. Steil: And the House Sergeant Arms is appointed. By who?

Chief Sund: He was appointed at that time by Speaker Pelosi.

Rep. Steil: And in your transcribed interview, you mentioned that when you first brought up the National Guard to the House Sergeant at Arms in the days leading up to January 6, that Mr. Irving said he, quote, “didn’t like the optics,” end quote, is that correct?

Chief Sund: That is correct. He referenced being concerned for optics.

Rep. Steil: And on January 6, when he went to Mr. Irving to get his approval to call in the Guard, mr. Irving said he would, quote, run it up the chain. Is that correct?

Chief Sund: Sir. That was a telephone call. I didn’t see him in person when I first made that request.

Rep. Steil: The House Sergeant Arms is considered probably the most senior security official on the House side. When Mr. Irving says he has to, quote, run it up the chain, end quote, what did that mean?

Chief Sund: I took that to mean his leadership chain.

Rep. Steil: And who would be his leadership chain? He’s functionally the most senior security official on the House side, correct?

Chief Sund: That’s his title. That’s part of the title. The senior law enforcement official for the House of Representatives. But he would have been referring to the leadership team that goes up to Speaker Pelosi.

Rep. Steil: So the political leadership team, meaning elected officials, not another security official, is that.

Chief Sund: That is correct, sir. He’s the top security official for the House.

Rep. Steil: So running up the chain would most likely, in your opinion, is through the Speaker’s office and possibly to Speaker Pelosi?

Chief Sund: That would be where it ends, yes.

Rep. Steil: Okay, let’s park that there, and then let’s jump to a second set here. In a press conference on January 7, Speaker Pelosi called for your resignation on national television. Speaker Pelosi also stated that she had not talked to you since the initial breach of the Capitol. But according to your transcribed interview, you were on the phone with Speaker Pelosi a few times. Can you explain that discrepancy?

Chief Sund: Yeah, that is correct. I spoke to Speaker Pelosi three times that evening. And she went on national TV and said, I’d never spoken to her, but I spoke to her three times. Three times were – The first time was when I went over to brief Vice President Pence at the secure location, I had called House Sergeant Arms Irving, and told him I was going over to brief the Vice President. I was also going over to do a personal assessment of the Capitol. At that point, things were getting under control. Went over there, and briefed him on when we can get them back into chambers with Mr. Irving, being fully aware. He said he wanted to get Speaker Pelosi on the phone. He made a phone call from his cell phone at approximately 534, where I first briefed Speaker Pelosi. The second call was when I left that location. As I was walking away, I met up with Mr. Stinger, and we started walking over to the Senate to go brief the Senate when Jennifer Hemingway I believe it was Jennifer Hemingway handed me her cell phone, and it was Emily Barrett’s cell phone calling her, and it was Speaker Pelosi on the other line.

This was my second call with Speaker Pelosi questioning the information I’d given to Vice President Pence about when we can get back into chambers. I assured her that information was correct. I could get them back into chamber by 07:00 P.M., and the call ended. That was call number two. Call number three was 06:25 p.m.. I was over at the Senate from the secure location I mean, from where the Senate had been sequestered. And on a cell phone, using Robert Caram’s cell phone, they dialed leadership, who was over off site at a secure location, and I briefed all of leadership of the plans to get them back into chambers. That would have been call number three with Speaker Pelosi.

Rep. Steil: So you didn’t have one call. You didn’t have two calls. You had three calls. So Speaker Pelosi’s comments that she didn’t speak to you are inaccurate?

Chief Sund: That is correct, sir.

Chief Steven Sund later told the subcommittee he can provide documentation to prove what he was saying was accurate.

Why would Pelosi lie about such a statement if she was not worried about her own actions that day? This should be investigated. Pelosi needs to be called in under oath. In fact the January 6 Committee should have called her in to testify when they started their faux investigation. They didn’t. And now we are starting to find out why Pelosi was ignored by the horrible leftists on that fake committee.

The FBI had so many paid informants at the Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021, that they lost track of the number and had to perform a later audit to determine exactly how many “Confidential Human Sources” run by different FBI field offices were present that day, a former assistant director of the bureau has told lawmakers.

At least one informant was communicating with his FBI handler as he entered the Capitol, according to Steven D’Antuono, formerly in charge of the bureau’s Washington field office.

D’Antuono has testified behind closed doors to the House Judiciary Committee that his office was aware before the riot that some of their informants would attend a “Stop the Steal” rally thrown by former President Donald Trump but he only learned after the fact that informants run by other field offices also were present, along with others who had participated of their own accord.

Jordan has asked Wray to provide a “substantive briefing” on how the FBI used paid informants on Jan. 6, 2021, and “any specific guidelines or admonishments that were provided to FBI CHSs prior to deploying”.

Wray has also been asked to provide all debriefing documents received from Capitol riot informants.

Jordan also wants source reporting documentation relating to former British spy Christopher Steele, who was responsible for a now-notorious “dossier of false allegations about the Trump-Russia hoax.” nypost.com/...

DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas Appoints Primary Trump-Russia Conspiracy Agents as “Expert Group” to Identify Domestic Terrorism and Disinformation

If you put the individual names within this group in the search bar, you will discover their connection. Most of them were the primary background operatives who pushed the Trump-Russia collusion conspiracy in ’16, ’17, ’18 and ’19.

With names like James Clapper (DNI), John Brennan (CIA), Tashina Gauhar (DOJ-NSD), David Kris (DOJ-NSD, FISA), Paul Kolbe (CIA) and Benjamin Wittes (Lawfare), what you will find is that this specific group are functionaries of the corrupt intelligence apparatus that framed the Trump-Russia collusion nonsense. This is the team now that will define for DHS how to focus their future targeting efforts.

Keep in mind, the organization of this group follows the announcement that DHS will be launching online “Enhanced AI” to assist the government in combating information they deem dangerous to national security. Put the two together, and we can see who will be doing the “defining” of what constitutes “dangerous”.

The admission is DHS uses AI to profile, target and discriminate. DHS currently participates in systemic, indiscriminate and/or large-scale monitoring, surveillance, or tracking of individuals.

Donors Retreat from DeSantis, Advance Toward Trump

The Sea Island group must have a very difficult time accepting that all of the efforts to advance with Ron DeSantis are not succeeding. They are going through the five stages of grief, with each starting to accept their ability to influence election outcomes has collapsed in the face of unrelenting support for President Donald Trump.

As the DeSantis operation enters the desperation phase, familiar to those who remember the moments in 2016 when Cheeeto-faced Glenn Beck was pleading with the evangelical community to support Ted Cruz, we see the purchased influencer crowd becoming more toxic, hate filled and vitriolic. Alas, their angst is as shallow as their principles. The reality is their bank accounts dictate their constitutional values. It’s all very pathetic and predictable.

On the opposite side, those who don’t play the pretending game; those who carry the pragmatic working class values that find optimal solutions to challenges; that tribe of deliberate and steadfast honest warriors; that group continues to push forward, supporting President Trump. It is an unrelenting force of MAGA, strengthened by the adversity of opposition, tested in the battlespace grit and determination, that team is winning. Be of good cheer.

This is no small thing, to restore a republic after it has fallen into corruption. It may be that our task is impossible. Yet, if we do not try then how will we know it can’t be done? And if we do not try, it most certainly won’t be done. The Founders’ Republic, and the larger war for western civilization, will be lost. If we do not stand victorious it will not be because Donald J Trump left anything on the battlefield.

2024 is MAGA burning the ships behind us. This one is for all the marbles. This is not a place where tepid half-measures and gentlemanly pastels will suffice. Get right with God, put on the armor, absorb the focus of fighting like the third monkey on the ramp to Noah’s ark, and get comfortable being uncomfortable.

A national survey by Suffolk University asked those who report that they are “not likely” to vote, how they would vote if they did. The results were a political earthquake. The “non voters” would back Trump by 35-13% if they decided to cast ballots after all.

Pollsters routinely ask if a person is likely to vote. If the answer is yes, they proceed to conduct the interview. If no, they hang up.

But Suffolk’s pollsters stayed on the line and asked those who said they would not vote who they would back if they did. And the answer was Trump.

The Suffolk Survey found such strength in the alienated, left out, excluded, and marginalized among the electorate as to tip the election to Trump if they actually voted.

According to Emerson,

Non-voters would break for Trump 35-13%
70% have a favorable view of Trump
78% have an unfavorable opinion of Biden
51% actually did vote in 2020.

Joe Biden will almost certainly not be the DNC nominee in ’24 coming out of the convention. Most likely, in the next 90 days, something is going to surface that will indicate exactly why and how this move is going to take place.

Biden was installed by the Obama network for a single four-year term with multiple intentions – the rapid escalation of far-left progressive objectives and policies, in combination with a need to control the outcomes of DC systems to protect the Obama network from scrutiny. This is the reason why the Lightbringer maintained an operational residence in DC that was more akin to a policy and control command center.

The entire Biden administration is seeded with like-minded travelers from the tribe of Teh One. However, in/around the time Susan Rice was withdrawn from the Biden team in the White House, a shift was visible. Team Obama began a slow withdrawal of influence, and the shallower, less strategic, team of Biden became more autonomous. The shift was subtle, but people -even media- began to notice increased blunders and Biden contradictions.

We are likely to see a gradual Obama team exit from DC, culminating in a sale of his Kalorama neighborhood “residence.” Team Obama are very skilled at timing exits to avoid being impacted by collateral damage inside crises they create. Unlike what some might claim, there is not going to be an Obama approved ’24 candidate, and Big Mike is not part of the equation.

Inside the modern Democrat wing of the UniParty there have always been two factions of power. The Obama (progressive, activist) faction, and the Clinton (power, greed) traditional faction. The two teams hate each other, each seeing only a limited pie for sharing, but they align under common interests.

The fundamental change Obama initiated is deeply ingrained in the domestic intelligence systems now. DHS, CISA, and on down the line to FBI and Main Justice, are fully weaponized for political targeting. Into this status, enhanced Artificial Intelligence is about to be launched; the system is indeed overloaded, and social crisis will ultimately be the outcome as the threads that bind the republic are torn. Obama doesn’t need to stand close and watch; their mission is essentially complete.

Worrisome statutes of limitation have been purposefully run out. Energy policy is structurally changed. Pipelines destroyed, leases cancelled, green new deal embedded in the policy which will manifest the outcome of solar and windmill nonsense. The borders are wide open, and tens-of-millions of illegal aliens have flooded in. Lisa Monaco has the DOJ’s Trump targeting operation well under control with a compliant media to assist. The treasury is broke, and the military is woke.

Three years of extreme leftist agenda, and now the eyes turn to 2024.

Obama doesn’t want anything to do with that, but Clinton sees a financial opportunity.

Joe Biden will not be the DNC ’24 nominee….. and there’s no way in hell he will be the 2025 POTUS with Obama in retreat.
