Speaking about the special session of Parliament, Congress MP Shashi Tharoor said that Congress Parliamentary Party Chairperson Sonia Gandhi had written a letter stating nine points which has not received any response yet. Shashi Tharoor said, “Congress Parliamentary Party Chairperson Sonia Gandhi had written a letter stating nine points but there has been no response.”
