Bajaj Consumer(down 1.44%), Prataap Snacks(down 1.27%), Emami(down 1.23%), Tasty Bite Eatables(down 1.00%), Jyothy Labs(down 0.97%), Patanjali Foods(down 0.97%), Nestle India(down 0.77%), TATA CONSUMER PRODUCTS(down 0.55%), Bikaji Foods International(down 0.52%) and Zydus Wellness(down 0.51%) were among the top losers.
The NSE Nifty50 index was trading 20.45 points up at 19455.75, while the 30-share BSE Sensex was up 14.68 points at 65401.84 at around 10:24AM.
Tata Steel Ltd.(up 3.62%), Coal India Ltd.(up 3.25%), Hindalco Industries Ltd.(up 3.14%), UltraTech Cement Ltd.(up 2.81%), JSW Steel Ltd.(up 1.79%), Grasim Industries Ltd.(up 1.62%), Eicher Motors Ltd.(up 1.43%), Adani Ports & Special Economic Zone Ltd.(up 0.87%), Larsen & Toubro Ltd.(up 0.79%) and Adani Enterprises Ltd.(up 0.73%) were among the top gainers in the Nifty pack.
