The index closed 93.65 points down at 19253.8.
On the BSE, TCNS Clothing, Allcargo Terminals, ANS Industries, Colorchips New Media and VXL Instruments hit their fresh 52-week lows, while Tower Infra Trust, Manugraph India, Adarsh Plant, HLV Ltd. and PVV Infra touched their fresh 52-week highs in today's trade.
