Gujarat Mineral Dvpt Corporation(up 2.87%), Oriental Trimex(up 2.63%), KIOCL(up 2.32%), Lexus Granito(up 1.75%), MOIL(up 1.18%), Pokarna(up 1.06%) and Madhav Marbles and Granites(up 0.12%) were among the top gainers.
Ashapura Minechem(down 3.83%), Aro Granite Industries(down 3.55%), Coal India(down 2.02%), Orissa Minerals Development Company(down 1.88%) and NMDC Ltd(down 0.56%) were among the top losers.
The NSE Nifty50 index was trading 97.6 points down at 19267.65, while the 30-share BSE Sensex was down 309.95 points at 64841.07 at around 10:40AM.
Axis Bank(up 0.83%), Cipla(up 0.66%), Adani Ports & Special Economic Zone(up 0.61%), Larsen & Toubro(up 0.47%), Dr Reddys Laboratories(up 0.4%), Eicher Motors(up 0.36%), Adani Enterprises(up 0.17%), Tata Motors(up 0.12%), Maruti Suzuki(up 0.07%) and ICICI Bank(up 0.07%) were among the top gainers in the Nifty pack.

On the other hand, Coal India(down 2.02%), Wipro(down 1.93%), Tech Mahindra(down 1.89%), Hero MotoCorp(down 1.74%), Tata Consultancy(down 1.62%), HDFC LIFE INSURANCE(down 1.46%), Infosys(down 1.43%), LTIMindtree Ltd(down 1.31%), Hindalco Industries(down 1.28%) and Bajaj Finserv(down 1.15%) were trading in the red.
