ThinkStock PhotosNEW DELHI: HDFC Bank(Rs. 2311.63 crore), RIL(Rs. 1584.28 crore), ICICI Bank(Rs. 1555.35 crore), Dilip Buildcon(Rs. 1192.49 crore), Infosys(Rs. 1007.40 crore), Chola Inv Finance(Rs. 995.28 crore), Tata Motors(Rs. 987.80 crore), SBI(Rs. 901.09 crore), Axis Bank(Rs. 880.99 crore) and Hero MotoCorp(Rs. 813.11 crore) were among the most traded securities on the National Stock Exchange in Wednesday's session.
The NSE Nifty index ended the session 207.0 points down at 19526.55, while BSE Sensex fell 676.53 points to 65782.78.
In the Nifty index, Divi's Laboratories Ltd.(up 1.40 per cent), Nestle India Ltd.(up 1.28 per cent), Hindustan Unilever Ltd.(up 0.70 per cent), Asian Paints Ltd.(up 0.60 per cent) and Tech Mahindra Ltd.(up 0.19 per cent) stood among the top gainers.
On the other hand, Hero MotoCorp Ltd.(down 3.50 per cent), Tata Steel Ltd.(down 3.45 per cent), Tata Motors Ltd.(down 3.26 per cent), Bajaj Finserv Ltd.(down 2.88 per cent) and NTPC Ltd.(down 2.69 per cent) were among the top losers of the day.
