The qualified institutional buyers' portion was subscribed 85 times, while the non-institutional investors' (NIIs) segment was subscribed 37 times. The shares reserved for retail individual investors (RIIs) were subscribed 8.34 times.
The Noida-based hospital chain sold its shares in a price band of ₹285 to ₹300 per share.
The IPO consisted of a fresh share issue worth ₹490 crore and an offer-for-sale worth ₹197 crore from existing shareholders.
The company will use the net proceeds from the fresh issue to repay loans of the company and its subsidiaries. The firm will also use the fund for capital expenditure of their two hospitals. Yatharth Hospital is a private hospital based in the northern region of India.
