Share market update: Most active stocks in today's market in terms of volume

The NSE Nifty index closed 118.4 points down at 19659.9

tech view 2 — RSI has turned north from the 60 level, confirming bullishness.

NEW DELHI: Vodafone Idea(numbers of share traded: 34.93 crore), Suzlon Energy(numbers of share traded: 25.07 crore), Reliance Power(numbers of share traded: 24.61 crore), PNB(numbers of share traded: 9.56 crore), YES Bank(numbers of share traded: 8.91 crore), Zomato(numbers of share traded: 7.72 crore), RBL Bank(numbers of share traded: 6.25 crore), Rail Vikas Nigam(numbers of share traded: 6.11 crore), REC(numbers of share traded: 5.99 crore) and IDFC First Bank(numbers of share traded: 5.70 crore) emerged top gainers in Thursday's market in terms of trading volume.

The NSE Nifty index closed 118.4 points down at 19659.9, while BSE Sensex ended down 440.38 points at 66266.82.

On the other hand, Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd.(down 6.31 per cent), Tech Mahindra Ltd.(down 3.79 per cent), Tata Consumer Products Ltd.(down 2.73 per cent), Britannia Industries Ltd.(down 2.21 per cent) and Nestle India Ltd.(down 2.08 per cent) were among the top losers of the day.
