Au Small Fin Bank shares rise 1.5% as Sensex climbs

Shares of the Au Small Finance Bank Ltd. traded at Rs 782.4 on BSE at 11:05AM (IST) on Thursday, up 1.5 per cent from previous close.

The stock quoted a 52-week low price of Rs 538.8 and a high of Rs 794.95.

Earlier, the stock saw a gap down opening in the morning.

A total of 22,794 lakh shares changed hands on the counter till 11:05AM (IST).

The stock of Au Small Finance Bank Ltd. commands a market value of Rs 52072.79 crore.

The stock traded at a price-to-earning (P/E) multiple of 36.47, while the price-to-book value ratio stood at 0.0. Return on equity (ROE) was at 15.11 per cent, according to exchange data.

In the BSE500 pack, 318 stocks traded in the green, while 183 stocks were in the red.

Promoters held 25.54 per cent in the Au Small Finance Bank Ltd. as of 31-Mar-2023 while overseas and domestic institutional investors owned 39.74 per cent and 20.62 per cent, respectively.
