The registration process for Indian Air Force Air Force Common Admission Test (IAF AFCAT 2023) will conclude on June 30, 2023, according to the Indian Air Force. Interested candidates who wish to apply for IAF AFCAT 2023 can do so by visiting the official website of AFCAT at afcat.cdac.in. Interested candidates can complete their registration for the test on the official website afcat.cdac.in until 5.00 PM.
The registration for IAF AFCAT 2023 began on June 1, 2023. The online AFCAT examination is scheduled to take place on August 25, 26, and 27, 2023. Candidates appearing for the exam can download their admit cards starting from August 10, 2023.
“Online applications are invited for the courses commencing in July 2024 for grant of Short Service Commission (SSC) in Flying Branch and Ground Duty (Technical and Non-Technical) Branches. Online applications are also invited for NCC Special Entry Scheme (For flying branch)," the notification read.
Steps to apply for IAF AFCAT 2023
To apply for IAF AFCAT 2023, candidates can follow the steps provided below:

2. Click on the "IAF AFCAT 2023" link available on the homepage.
3. Enter the required registration details and complete the registration process.
4. Log in to your account and fill out the application form.
5. Pay the application fee and click on the submit button.
6. Download a copy of the submitted application for future reference.
Required educational qualifications
Candidates must have completed Class 12th/Graduation/BE/B Tech in a relevant discipline from a recognized University/Institution.
Age Limit
For candidates applying to the Flying Branch of IAF AFCAT recruitment, the age limit is set between 20 years to 24 years. On the other hand, candidates applying for the Ground Duty (Technical/Non-Technical) Branches have an age limit of 20 years to 26 years, as of July 1, 2024.
